By using GetAff you accept these terms. They are deliberately short and specific.
Service
GetAff is a directory and a set of tools for people building or growing an affiliate program.
The service is provided as is. We guarantee neither continuous availability nor any commercial outcome.
Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for actions taken from your account.
One account per person or organisation. We may suspend an account in cases of clear abuse, misleading content, or attempts to harm the service.
Content you publish
You warrant that you are entitled to list the program you submit and that the terms you declare are accurate.
Published commercial terms are declared by you and not verified by us. A misleading listing is unpublished without notice.
You grant us the right to display this information in the public directory and to translate it.
Content we publish
The directory lists third parties for information. No affiliate links, no payment from the players listed.
Third-party commercial terms change constantly: always verify them at the source before committing.
Editorial content is not legal advice, tax advice, or a promise of results.
Subscription
The free plan can be used indefinitely, with a monthly analysis quota.
The paid plan has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
EU consumers: by subscribing you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the service is fully supplied.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amounts you have paid us over the last twelve months.
We are not responsible for the relationships you form with third parties discovered through the directory.
Governing law
French law. Courts having jurisdiction at the operator’s registered office.
